2h for low rank FA, GoDS III and Retaliate to start (Can fire off BoA prior and drop agro formation/banner). Swap to 2w for Breach & BB, then back to higher ranks of FA. You should get a second BB in before you need to refresh GoDS.

Carnage w/Full Rez

Nothing fancy here: Breach, Whirlwind, Bloodbath, Bloody Hack. (I generally use the 3-step BH unless Breach is ready and then just use 2-step BH to make room for Breach before next WW.

Pop all your specials and keep them on CD (Rend Flesh & Bladeweave mainly as your whole group will benefit from damage buffs if you refrain from banner/formation)

For the Full Carnage build, there are a few points in Defiance... I would probably put one of them in Cunning Deflection instead.
